1. What we collect

We collect the information needed to run the store: your email address, a securely hashed password, your linked Roblox username and user ID, your orders, and basic technical data (such as IP address and device info) used for security and fraud prevention.

2. How we use it

To create and secure your account, verify your Roblox account, process and deliver orders, send transactional emails (verification, password reset, order updates), prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with the law.

3. Children's privacy

Our service is intended for users 13 and older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact us and we will delete it. Younger users must have a parent or guardian act on their behalf.

4. Service providers

We share limited data with providers that help us operate: hosting and database (Vercel, Neon), email delivery (Resend), bot/abuse protection (Cloudflare Turnstile), and the public Roblox API (to verify your account and fetch your avatar). We do not sell your personal information.

5. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and to remember your language preference. We do not use them for advertising.

6. Security

Passwords are hashed with argon2, traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, and access to sensitive actions is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

7. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your account data by contacting us through Discord. Deleting your account removes your personal data, subject to records we must keep for legal or fraud-prevention reasons.
