1. Who we are

gag2store ("we", "us") operates gag2store.xyz, a service that sells virtual, in-game items for the Roblox experience "Grow a Garden 2" and delivers them to a Roblox account you control. By using the site you agree to these Terms.

2. Not affiliated with Roblox

gag2store is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation or the creators of Grow a Garden. "Roblox" and game names are trademarks of their respective owners.

3. Eligibility & age

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may only use the site and make purchases with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your password secret. Purchases are tied to your store account (your email), not to your Roblox account, so they remain available if you change Roblox accounts.

5. What you're buying

You are purchasing a service: the delivery of virtual in-game items to your verified Roblox account. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash. Delivery happens in-game and requires a verified, valid Roblox account.

6. Delivery

We deliver after payment is confirmed and your Roblox account is verified. Delivery times may vary. If we cannot deliver (for example, an invalid or banned Roblox account, or the item becomes unavailable), we will work with you to re-deliver or refund per our Refund Policy.

7. Acceptable use

Don't use the site for fraud, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, or any unlawful purpose, and don't attempt to disrupt or break the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Payments & refunds

Prices are shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy. Because items are delivered digitally and in-game, all sales may be final once delivered, except as required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.

9. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the order giving rise to the claim.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
