Refund Policy

Digital goods

We sell virtual in-game items delivered to your Roblox account. Because delivery is digital and effectively irreversible, the following applies.

Before delivery

If you haven't received your items yet, you can request a full refund of the undelivered order. Contact us through Discord with your order details.

After delivery

Once items have been delivered in-game, sales are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. If something went wrong — wrong item, missing item, or a delivery failure on our side — contact us within 7 days and we'll re-deliver or refund the affected items.

If your Roblox account is banned

Items already delivered into a Roblox account that later gets banned cannot be recovered or refunded — they live in that account. Items you have not yet redeemed remain on your store account and can be delivered to a new verified Roblox account at no extra cost.

Chargebacks

If you have a problem, please contact us first — we want to make it right. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended.

How to request a refund

Reach out through our Discord community with your account email and order details. We aim to respond within 48 hours.
